Courier Services – PosLaju Malaysia

We partner with PosLaju Malaysia to ship your packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm a consignment note & live tracking. You may notice the tracking status might have not updated or slightly delayed. That is because the most couriers will only update tracking status on the next processing day.

Delivery

Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. Please allow extra time for deliveries to outside of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah area. Please ensure that you have provided complete delivery address.

Domestic Delivery

Estimated Parcel Arrival For each order, items will be received within 5-7 days. Please expect slight delays for orders shipped during peak seasons (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas etc.) International Shipping No shipping outside of Malaysia at the moment.

Self-Collect Service

We also accept self-collect for customers at our outlet, just call (+60) 11 2383 5202 to confirm date and time to pick up. You can directly come to our outlet to collect your parcel in our business hours’ time.
